Methodology

How We Evaluate Products

Our analysis is documentary. We review the information a consumer can access before buying, and we state clearly what we could not verify.

What our assessments are based on

Every assessment starts from publicly available material: the product label and supplement facts panel, the manufacturer's own published information, the purchase and refund terms presented at checkout, and independent literature on the main ingredients.

We do not claim to have physically tested, consumed or laboratory- analysed a product unless we explicitly say so on that page. Where a product's documentation is incomplete, we describe the gap rather than filling it with assumptions.

The criteria we apply

Ingredient transparency

Whether per-serving amounts are disclosed for each ingredient, or grouped inside a proprietary blend that hides individual quantities.

Formulation

How the ingredient list is constructed, and how the disclosed amounts compare with the amounts described in publicly available research.

Manufacturer information

Whether the company behind the product can be identified and contacted, and whether it publishes information about how the product is made.

Value

Real cost per serving, including shipping, bundle pricing and any recurring billing arrangement attached to the order.

Guarantees

The length and conditions of any money-back promise, who administers it and what a buyer must do to use it.

Available research

What independent literature exists on the key ingredients, and where the evidence base is limited, preliminary or absent.

Consumer considerations

Allergens, dietary suitability, and circumstances — pregnancy, existing conditions, prescription medication — that call for professional guidance before use.

Limits of this work

Product formulations, prices and terms change. Our pages reflect the information available at the time of writing. Nothing we publish is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of any particular result.

Corrections

If you believe something we published is inaccurate or out of date, we want to know. Corrections are handled as described in our editorial policy.
