Editorial Process
Editorial Policy
Our editorial process, sourcing standards and corrections procedure.
Editorial independence
Content is planned and written by our editorial team. Brands, sellers and affiliate partners have no input into what we publish, no advance review of drafts and no influence over conclusions or ordering.
Sourcing
We rely on primary material wherever possible: product labels, manufacturer disclosures, published terms of sale and peer-reviewed or otherwise publicly available research. When a claim cannot be traced to a verifiable source, we either attribute it to the party making it or leave it out.
Language and claims
We avoid absolute health claims. We do not state that a product treats, prevents or cures any condition, and we do not present anecdotes as evidence. Where a page includes testimonials or reader comments, they represent individual opinions, not typical results.
Review and updates
Prices, formulations and purchase terms change. Pages reflect the information available when they were written or last updated, and we revise them when we become aware of material changes.
Corrections
If you spot an error, contact us through the contact page with the page address and the detail you believe is wrong. Substantive corrections are made to the page itself.
Commercial relationships
Affiliate links may appear in our content and are disclosed on the page and in our affiliate disclosure. Commissions never change the price a reader pays.
